We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your goods.

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing to be eligible for return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@automizer.com. We'll send you a return mailing label as well as instructions on how and where to deliver your shipment if your return is accepted. We will not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, or you have received the incorrect item so that we can assess the situation and correct it.

 

Exchanges

Returning the item you have and then making a separate purchase for the new item is the quickest way to ensure you get what you want.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether or not your refund has been accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
